On-The-Fly Performance Sequencer
Don’t just program your sequences. Perform them.
Meet the latest addition to the Stylophone Pro range: the On-The-Fly Performance Sequencer, a powerful, hands-on sequencer designed to take pattern programming to a new level, turning sequencing into a real-time performance.
Forget diving through menus or stopping to make changes. With immediate control at your fingertips, you can build, shape and transform your sequences in real time, experimenting with rhythm, pitch, playing style, and creative effects, without ever losing the groove.
Whether you’re creating evolving electronic patterns, experimenting with modular synthesis, or performing live, On-The-Fly keeps you in control of the music.
Create it. Switch it. Perform it.
Why settle for a static sequence when you can make it evolve.
With On-The-Fly, you can program just 8 steps and instantly access multiple 16, 32, or 64-step patterns, giving you new ways to explore and develop your musical ideas.
Instantly change sequence direction, moving between Forward, Reverse, and Bounce, or introduce unexpected variations with slides, ratchets, rests, ties, and controlled randomness.
And because everything happens in real time, you can experiment freely without interrupting your performance.
With 24 sequence memories, 8 live-switchable pattern chains, and momentary controls for instant variations, you have the freedom to build, manipulate and perform sequences as creatively as you like.
Shape Every Beat
The best grooves are never completely static. They’re constantly shifting and evolving. On-The-Fly gives you direct control over the details that bring a sequence to life.
Adjust tempo and swing, push notes ahead of or behind the beat with lead/lag timing, and fine-tune note and gate lengths.
Explore different musical scales, transpose sequences instantly using the onboard knob, CV, or MIDI, and discover new musical directions as you play.
And when inspiration strikes, Loop Record captures up to 128 steps of your performance, with 24 dedicated loop recording memories to store your ideas.
No stopping. No breaking the flow. Just more ways to keep your music moving.
Connect your Gear. Expand your Possibilities.
The Stylophone On-The-Fly is built to work at the heart of your setup.
With full Eurorack CV, Gate, Sync and MIDI connectivity, it integrates with modular systems, MIDI instruments, and hybrid setups.
Eight individual step Gate Outputs, plus a summed Gate Out, open up even more creative possibilities for triggering external instruments and gear.
When you’re ready to take things further, link and sync multiple units together to build an expanded multi-sequencer system.
From compact desktop setups to complex modular rigs, On-The-Fly is ready to grow with your creativity.
